The well bred 5 year old Milan gelding made a sparkling debut at Ayr on Tuesday in Start Your Racing T V Free Trial Open Flat Race over 2 miles.
They’re Chancers was held up in midfield by Danny McMenamin making progress over 2 furlongs out to quicken to the front a furlong out to win comfortably by 3 lengths from the short price Lucinda Russell favourite Triple Town Ted.
The Milan gelding looks to have a bright future for Mr Rooney and his wife Claire, and this win continues the excellent stable form of the Greystoke stable
