President Scottie jumps to victory at Ayr

 In Greystoke Galloper

President Scottie confirmed the good form of the Nicky Richards Greystoke stable when winning the Virgin Bet Daily Extra Places Maiden hurdle at Ayr yesterday.

He was settled in midfield by Danny McMenamin and made progress to challenge over the last three hurdles.  He was having a great battle with Lucinda Russell’s Myretown when that rival came down at the last hurdle. This left President Scottie to coast home by 25 lengths.

Jumping is the name of the game and Scottie jumped soundly all the way round.

This win continues the fine form this season of the Greystoke stable.
