Luckie Seven delivers in Style at Perth after long layoff

 In Greystoke Galloper

Luckie Seven who had been off the track for over 400 days put up a sparkling performance at Perth today to win the Horizon Parking Hurdle over 2 miles 4 furlongs.

Luckie Seven was held up in midfield by Danny McMenamin and made progress leaving the back straight. Lucinda Russell’s horse Bishop Hill, who was receiving 10 lb from Luckie Seven, quickened 3 lengths clear jumping the last but Luckie Seven showed a great turn of foot to quicken past close home to win going away by half a length.

Luckie Seven will come on for the this run after his long layoff. This continues the good start to the season by the Greystoke team
