Big Zouk Delivers a Big Performance for Nicky Richards at Ayr
The 7 year old Big Zouk put up an excellent performance on his first start over fences at Ayr when winning the Cheltenham Gold Cup Lunch at Western House Hotel Handicap Chase over 3 miles yesterday. Settled behind the leader, Big Zouk made relentless progress to challenge at the last fence and quickly put the race to bed to win by 2 and quarter lengths under former champion jockey Brian Hughes.
Big Zouk looks to have a bright future over the bigger obstacles and this continues the fine run of the Nicky Richards Greystoke stable.
