Jupiter Des Mottes continues the winning streak for Nicky Richards Greystoke stable
The 7 year old Jupiter Des Mottes put up a brilliantly game performance at Kelso on Friday when winning the Perth Racecourse Racing and Events Handicap Hurdle over 3 miles 2 furlongs. Settled in midfield by jockey Danny McMenamin over the marathon trip, Danny made progress to challenge approaching 2 hurdles out. He struck the front jumping the last hurdle but was headed by runner up Wa Wa half way up the run in. But Jupiter Des Mottes showed great determination and courage to get his head in front just before the line to win by a neck. This was Jupiter Des Mottes second win in a row to the delight of his owner Mr Anthony Peter Fowler and confirmed the sparkling form of the Nicky Richards Greystoke stable
