The unraced 5 year old Jupiter Des Mottes made a sparkling racecourse debut at Wetherby today for the Nicky Richards Greystoke stable in the Wetherby racing.co.uk open flat race over 2 miles.

Held up the rear of the 13 runner field by Danny McMenamin, he made smooth progress from the back to storm into the lead a furlong out. He quickly put 3 and a quarter lengths between himself and the second horse.

The future looks extremely bright for Jupiter Des Mottes.
